Participate in Community Outreach Campaigns. Learn Lydia’s House Basic accounting and personnel procedures as deemed by the Program Manager. Work with the Program Manager to identify potential funding sources to support Lydia’s House general operations. Provide Operational Support in Key areas to maintain customer/client satisfaction. Track cases and continue counseling until completion and resolution. Spreadsheet/Data-Based Management and Tracking. Maintains detailed records and statistical information. Implement evolving administrative procedures. The primary point of contact for government home purchase assistance programs Provides comprehensive housing counseling services including outreach and education for affordable housing, including homeownership for low and moderate-income persons
Provides technical assistance to residents for a range of housing issues and concerns Major responsibilities and duties of the position include:Ĭoordinates and make presentations for the group and one-on-one client education Works closely with the Program Manager and Housing Counseling Team to achieve monthly goals. Coordinates and implements Housing Counseling services to District Residents through group and one-on-one counseling to assist clients in obtaining, retaining, and maintaining their housing choices. Primarily responsible for the implementation and the execution of Lydia’s House housing counseling program.
